AI Workshops for Omaha Small Businesses
A ReadyAIQ workshop is a 2-hour, hands-on AI training session for your team. It is made for small businesses around Omaha, such as contractors, salons, restaurants, shops and offices, where nobody has the time to become an AI expert but everyone could use a few extra hours a week.
What we cover
We work with the AI tools you already have or can get for free, like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or Claude. Instead of a lecture, we practice on your real work:
- Writing and answering customer emails faster
- Drafting quotes, estimates and job descriptions
- Creating social media posts and simple marketing copy
- Replying to Google and Facebook reviews
- Summarizing long documents, notes and instructions
Each person leaves with a short list of prompts they can reuse the next day.
Using AI safely
Every workshop covers the basics of safe AI use for a small business: what customer and company information should never go into an AI tool, how to double-check AI answers before they go out, and how to set a few simple team rules. The goal is to save time without creating new problems.
Format, location and price
Workshops run about 2 hours on an evening or Saturday. They can be held at your business in Omaha, Council Bluffs, Papillion, Bellevue, Elkhorn or La Vista, or over Zoom. A typical workshop is $300 to $500 depending on group size.
Want to know where your team stands first? A Team AIQ Check ($500 to $1,000) has everyone take the AIQ test, and you get a summary of strengths, gaps and what to train on. For one person, 1-on-1 AI setup is $150.
Who it is for
Owners, office managers and staff who are curious about AI but are not sure where to start. No tech background is needed. If you can send an email, you can do this.
